This is an UNFINISHED, EARLY PROTOTYPE of “1000 Doors”

Key features of the game (combat) are entirely missing. Please give us an additional 30 days to add these features properly.

The game is still playable in its current form.

Health - if this reaches 0, you lose.

Sanity - if this reaches 0, you lose.

Light - the percentage chance you will see what’s behind a given door. (upper bound 60, lower bound 35)

Skills - Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Charisma, Perception. Each additional point in your skills gives you a 5% chance of success on a skill check.

Rerolls - an element of combat.

Blanks - something that clogs up your inventory. Relevant to combat.

There are 40 unique events behind each door. Every 10 rooms, these events are shuffled. After the first 5 rooms, there is a shop screen. After the next five rooms, there is a combat screen. During the combat screen the player should lose about 10-30 health depending on what weapons they’ve collected. To simulate this encounter, the player automatically loses 20 health.
